I am also very grateful to both for being so supportive of my developing artistic practice. For this exhibition, I have created a series of small to medium sized paintings, revisiting and developing themes, studies and journeys which are central to my new larger-scale work. I am enjoying exploring key techniques and theories, investigating in depth the expressive qualities of landscape and its effect upon the human consciousness.

Above: ‘A Cove Revisited’, Oils on board 40 x 40cm
